Thundercats RPG Production Update

We just wanted to give everyone an update on the production status, following Lynnvander's most recent posting here. The completed files they turned in recently have been submitted for licensor approval and are in the process of being reviewed. "Completed" is a bit more complicated than it's been presented, but we understand the excitement and we are excited as well being closer to going to press. The first drafts are complete, but the game must pass the review process which inevitably will likely require additional changes and adjustments.
We are working with WB to make sure the game is perfect and is approved at the highest quality level. Each week we are getting more and more feedback and moving closer to completing the rules so we can go to press. We will keep backers updated on the progress and the printing schedule over the next few weeks.

Greetings Thundarians!
A quick update to give you all the progress report as written by Lynnvander. As of September, all files have been completed and turned over by Lynnvander (designers of the game and product) to Dynamite (the publishers and distribution).
What does this mean?
This means that Lynnvander's job is complete. The only work Lynnvander may have would be any last adjustments from Dynamite or the Licensor as obligated and necessary. We will do our best to update here and answer any mehcanics related questions. We have zero authority or knowledge of the process going forward. We can always try and connect the dots for you though, and get as much information as we can. Dynamite is a great team, they are working hard at the next phase.
The Next Phase...
Dynamite is now in the printing phase of this project. We recognize the insane delay on this project because of adding so many items during the campaign, but we're finally done!
It's time for printing proofs, updates on the manufacturing process and finally, shipping to the backers. We'll do out best to update here as often as there is an update, keep in mind we'll need to hear from Dynamite with their progress report before we report anything here.
Thanks for being patient, hopefully those with the pdf's have had a chance to enjoy the story and the games at least! I know the outpour of emails and messages complementing the content has been heart warming to say the least.
Lynnvander will always try and answer any question we can, if we have the ability to do so. Keep in mind we have no power or give the word of law, that's Dynamite.
Meanwhile, we're off to design Munchkin 5.5e and bring even more silliness to the table!
p.s. YES we will update the pdf with character sheets added and the final hardcover will have sheets attached.

Hey Thunderians,
Apologies for the delay since our last update. Summer is always a busy time for us, and attending Gen Con took our team offline for nearly two weeks. It was wonderful meeting so many of you in person, and we hope you enjoyed the live game.
We have some great news: all project materials have been approved and are currently in pre-press. Printing is scheduled to begin within the next few weeks.
Additionally, the pledge manager is now locked for most backers. We are actively working with the remaining 10% to finalize their details, and we appreciate your patience during this process.
For those who have completed their purchases and finalized their pledge manager, please look out for an email regarding PDFs information.
Also on a side note - Tommy said he was going to do a pdf walk through online several weeks ago. Sadly he had a family member have a serious issue which took him offline that day and for a week. He's fine, but it's the circle of life, so we honored his absence.
Hopefully we'll be back on track now!

Hello, Thunderians!
The big update you’ve all been waiting for is here!
After a thorough review to ensure everything respects the license, we’re happy to share that both books have been approved, pending two small logo placement changes.
What does this mean?
We’re now preparing the print files and getting the PDFs ready for delivery. We’re still waiting for final confirmation on the PDF release date, but it will likely be next week.
If you haven’t closed your pledge manager yet, please do so. PDF delivery depends on your pledge manager being closed and payments being collected. Once that’s complete, you’ll receive your PDFs. We will lock the pledge manager down on Friday.
We’ll share another update next week to wrap up this stage and move into the printing schedule. Everything else is complete and being prepared for manufacturing, including screens, sheets, stat cards, and more.
Thanks so much for your patience! We waited a few weeks to report back because approval was still pending, and now we have it.
Tommy, our lead designer, will walk through the document on stream this Friday at 5 p.m. Eastern. He’ll preview the digital PDF, share what makes it exciting, and answer questions. Come check it out!

Hey Thunderians,
We are close to completion. To clarify, the May 20 update was referring to the Pledge Manager launch, not the final RPG PDFs. The Pledge manager has been sent to everyone as of last week.
The RPG books are still moving through final production. We understand the wording may have caused some confusion. We’ll share more information on PDF delivery once we have a confirmed timeline.
Everything is now in final approvals except for one item. That being said, here's a sneak peak on something fun while we wait.
The pledge manager will close soon. We are closing in approximately 14 days. Once closed, the approvals should be complete and we can work to begin delivering digital rewards.
Keep in mind, this is not set in stone. This is our current desired timeline. Subject to final approvals. Printing begins shortly after.
It's bee a bit behind, but we're not bad all things considering. Thanks for hanging in there. We're close! Next update we'll give you another sneak... peak... ;)
